Full Job Description
Mon Ami Ltd is seeking a dedicated and passionate Deputy Manager to support the leadership of a 3-bed Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) children's home in Leyland.,
- Support the Registered Manager in the daily running of the home
- Lead and mentor the care team
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and company policies
- Promote a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment for young people
- Contribute to care planning, risk assessments and support strategies
Previous experience working in a Children's Residential Home Strong understanding of safeguarding and children's care regulations NVQ/QCF Level 3 or Level 4 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) Leadership skills and the ability to support and motivate a care team Commitment to delivering outstanding care and positive outcomes for young people - Competitive salary of up to £40,000
