Full Job Description
Running the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager
Deliver excellent customer service that goes beyond expectations
Support the Store Manager to boost employee engagement and meet store KPIs
Monitor product quality and manage stock rotation consistently
Oversee till cashing up and safe deposits
Ensure Health & Safety and due diligence standards are maintained
Experience managing teams in fast-paced, customer-focused environments
Skilled in time management and cost control
Motivated to achieve and exceed targets consistently
Strong customer service and compliance skills
Previous Store Management experience is a plus but not essential
