Full Job Description
- Running the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager
- Deliver excellent customer service that goes beyond expectations
- Support the Store Manager to boost employee engagement and meet store KPIs
- Monitor product quality and manage stock rotation consistently
- Oversee till cashing up and safe deposits
- Ensure Health & Safety and due diligence standards are maintained
Experience managing teams in fast-paced, customer-focused environments - Skilled in time management and cost control
- Motivated to achieve and exceed targets consistently
- Strong customer service and compliance skills
- Previous Store Management experience is a plus but not essential Our Benefits

- A flexible working contract between 25-35 hours a week
