Where You'll Be Working This historic pub with rooms, which dates back to 1867, boasts a prominent position at the top of the High Street. It has recently undergone an extensive transformation, retaining its unique character while introducing a stylish look and feel. What You'll Do

• Act as the General Manager's second-in-command, supporting in all aspects of day-to-day operations.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards.
• Assist with staff training, development, and performance management.
• Manage stock control, ordering, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Contribute ideas to improve service and business performance.
