Deputy Manager

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Deputy manager for our Ofsted registered Childrens EBD home in Wides to cover maternity leave for a fixed term of 6-12 months. As a Deputy Manager, you will be an integral part of our welcoming and knowledgeable leadership team, being part of a region of children's homes, with the backing of a growing, national organisation, where you will be actively encouraged to be creative and bring your own unique skills and have the opportunity to influence change. Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle are essential in this role. A minimum Level 3 qualification in Children's residential and experience within a Children's home environment is essential,

• 2 years' experience working within a Residential Children's home either as a Senior or at Deputy level.
• NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People
• Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures.
• Experience with budgets and rotas
• A full UK driving licence
