Situated in Wareham, this position involves shaping and strengthening services in the Dorset region. As a Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to provide operational support and leadership. The role requires oversight of multiple services, ensuring compliance, promoting business relations, managing rotas, and supporting staff development. It also involves maintaining quality assurance and delivering person-centred care. This position is suitable for someone with leadership experience in the care sector, requiring qualifications like QCF Level 4 or 5, valid UK Driving License, and IT skills.
