Full Job Description
We are looking for a Deputy Manager to support survivors of domestic abuse in our Refuge service. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the service to deliver positive, people-focused support, working in a team context to achieving the best outcomes for people What you'll be doing
- Support the Manager to deliver person centred support
- Line manage support workers and housing management worker
- Drive service development and improvement
- Work with stakeholder partners to enhance networks and outcomes
- Ensure legal, organisational and regulatory compliance
- Contribute to organisational goals through key involvement in training, working groups and national programmes
Some experience of working with vulnerable adults or survivors of domestic abuse - Strong leadership and people management skills
