Where You'll Be Working Located in the popular village of Chislehurst, Kent, the Crown Inn dates back to 1874. The historic pub offers seven stylish en-suite guest letting rooms, many boasting stunning views over Chislehurst Common, together with a fine range of food and drink. What You'll Do

• Act as the General Manager's second-in-command, supporting in all aspects of day-to-day operations.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards.
• Assist with staff training, development, and performance management.
• Manage stock control, ordering, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Contribute ideas to improve service and business performance.
