This role as a Deputy Manager is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the care industry. You will be leading the care team at Agincare, ensuring that the care delivered to residents is safe, supportive, and person-centered. Your role involves reviewing needs to meet current requirements, maintaining hygiene, supporting the Registered Manager, inducting new team members, completing care audits, and liaising with family and professionals to ensure holistic care. You will also be responsible for reporting risks and maintaining administrative records such as care notes and medication charts.
