In this area you will be supporting your team to deliver outstanding care and support to individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health and complex needs. What is required from you? A minimum of 12 months on your right to work. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. Knowledgeable of the care sector - preferably within a supported living setting. Good knowledge of the CQC key lines of enquiry and other regulatory frameworks. Level 3 or above in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) is desirable. Prior experience leading and engaging a team of support workers. A day in the life of a Deputy Manager You will support the Registered Manager, and work closely
together to provide consistent operational management, leadership, and oversight., As a Deputy Manager at Agincare, you'll be responsible for working across Supported Living services in Grantham, Colsterworth, and Retford. Your role involves supporting your team in delivering exceptional care and support to individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health, and complex needs. Your responsibilities include the induction of new team members, supervision of existing team members, completion of care audits, liaising with family members and professionals, and ensuring records are up to date. A minimum 12-month right to work, a UK driving license, and access to a vehicle are required. Knowledge of the care sector, preferably in supported living, and familiarity with CQC regulations are essential. Level 3 or above qualifications in Health & Social Care and prior team-leading experience are desirable.
