YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Experience: Working with children and young people in a care, education, or support setting is preferred but not essential Passion: A genuine, person-centred approach to supporting young people Qualification: Level 3 in Children & Young People's Residential Care is essential. Driving: Full UK driving licence preferred Approach: Positive, resilient, and a collaborative team player who can work flexibly across shifts
