As a Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store in the Store Manager's absence. + Manage daily store operations, including compliance with health and safety and retail standards.

+ A year of managerial experience in a retail sales environment.
+ Proven track record in coaching and managing colleagues.
+ Strong understanding of compliance and operational standards.
+ Ability to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer metrics.
+ Commercial acumen and awareness of industry trends.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a willingness to learn our systems.
