Were now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Deputy Manager at Sonning Gardens Care Home in Reading. If this sounds like the place for you, wed love to hear from you!, As a Deputy Manager, your focus will be to support the General Manager to operate a compliant and effective person-centred care home which provides a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for residents and their visitors. Responsibilities include providing inspirational leadership to the staff team, ensuring medication policies are adhered to, monitoring resident wellbeing, completing audits and reports, and attending clinical meetings. You need a minimum of two years experience in a similar care environment in a management position, excellent leadership skills, and effective communication capabilities. The role requires flexibility and adaptability, and proof of eligibility to work in the UK is necessary.
