Deputy Manager

Chetwynd House Care Home is currently recruiting a Deputy Manager to join our team in Nottingham. About the Care Manager role:
As Deputy Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of our residential and dementia care home, helping to ensure the highest standards of care and wellbeing for our residents. Working closely with the Home Manager, you will lead and support the care team, promote a positive and person-centred culture, and help oversee areas including care planning, compliance, and staff development. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and motivated individual with leadership experience in a care setting to join a supportive, family-run organisation committed to delivering outstanding care.

+ Previous Deputy Manager or Home Management experience (essential)
+ NVQ4 in Direct Care is essential
+ Excellent literacy, numeracy and communications skills
+ Own car required and business miles paid

+ Salary of £47,330
+ 40 Hours a week
+ Alternate weekend work required
+ Pottential of up to 10% bonus
