Deputy Manager

We have an exciting role on offer within our Children's Services as a Deputy Manager in our five bedroomed Children's Home. You will have the opportunity to channel your skills and passions into a rewarding career - the home is rated Outstanding with Ofsted. The young people are looking for an inspiring leader, a positive role model, and a trusted mentor, playing a crucial part in their lives. In this role, you will help them feel safe, valued, and supported, empowering them to reach their full potential and aspire to a brighter future as well as deputising for the manager and leading a positive team.

We're looking for a passionate and experienced leader with:

• Proven management experience in residential childcare for a minimum of two years.
• Strong knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations 2015, Ofsted, and Regulation 44.
• A commitment to trauma-informed, evidence-based practice - following a PACE model.
• A Level 3 / 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership (or willingness to complete within 18 months).
• Commitment to development and learning., You will be part of our fabulous team who are super passionate about achieving the best outcomes for young people.
