What you'll do:Assist the Home Manager with daily operations.Lead, coach, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding therapeutic care.Act as a positive role model for both staff and children.Manage rotas, budgets, and maintain compliance with Ofsted standards.Build a safe, supportive, and empowering home environment.Requirements
- 3 + years' experience working within a Residential Children's home.
- NVQ Level 4 in Children and Young People
- Knowledge of Ofsted legislation and safeguarding procedures.
- Experience with budgets and rotas
- A full UK driving licence
