As a Deputy Team Manager, you will be part of a passionate and forward-thinking leadership team, leading on the delivery of high-quality residential care while working closely with our multi-agency partners to ensure children and young people receive joined-up, relationship-based support. This is more than a leadership role-it is an opportunity to help drive meaningful, lasting change. You will lead from the front, embedding a culture where relationships come first, and where children, young people, and families are supported to achieve positive outcomes, even in the most complex situations. You will play a central role in continuing to develop our In-House Childrens home provision, to ensure services are responsive, innovative, and centred around the needs of young people. What you'll bring We are looking for a confident, resilient, and inspiring leader who is passionate about making a difference. You will: Lead and support staff to deliver high-quality, relationship-based practice Champion approaches such as Relationships first and Restorative Practice Build strong, effective partnerships across multi-agency networks Support colleagues to work creatively with young people who may present with complex and challenging needs Drive improvements in practice, culture, and systems to achieve the best outcomes Promote local, stable placements.You will be a skilled communicator who is able to influence, motivate, and bring people together, ensuring that the home remains at the forefront of both operational delivery and strategic development.
