Working in collaboration and harmony with the Home Manager and the wider multi-disciplined teams you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient running of the home. The duties of our Deputy Managers are vast and varied and include all aspects which touch upon excellent nursing and residential care, open and individualised c, If you are passionate about caring for the elderly and want to build a long-term career in one of our award-winning homes, then look no further than Akari Care. We are seeking a Deputy Manager who thrives on making a real difference in the lives of older people. Collaborating with the Home Manager and multidisciplinary teams, you will ensure the home's smooth operation. This role is diverse and occasionally challenging, yet the gratitude from residents is immensely rewarding. Your duties will encompass excellent nursing and residential care, seamless communication, budgetary and financial control, and HR accountability. You will guide colleagues in training and development, and personally ensure high standards in all areas of the home. A caring, adaptable, and resilient nature, along with a Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care and an active NMC PIN, are
required.
