The Orders of St John Care Trust is seeking a Deputy Home Manager for Wellford Gardens in Wheatley. The role supports the Home Manager with rota planning, recruitment, induction and mandatory training, and performance management to uphold high care standards.
You will drive occupancy growth and manage costs, bringing strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach to a not-for-profit care home. The position offers development and training in a nurturing environment.
