Full Job Description
- You will be sharing responsibility with the Home Manger to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the home
- You will help to ensure we provide the best care for our residents whilst maximising the quality of their lives.
Previous Experience as a Deputy or Team Leader required - Leadership experience
- Essential to hold a Level 3 or Level 4 in Health & Social Care
- You'll combine relevant experience with excellent management and communication skills., An Overseas Police Check/ Certificate of Good Conduct may be required if you have lived or worked outside the UK for 12 Months or more, spent a significant period overseas, or worked abroad in a position of trust. This will be in addition to a mandatory Enhanced DBS check.
