  • Support the Head of School in the day-to-day leadership and management of the school
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of the School Improvement Plan
  • Lead on raising standards in teaching, learning, and assessment across a primary curriculum
  • Use data strategically to monitor progress and drive improvement for all pupils
  • Line manage staff and contribute to performance management and professional development
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and aspirational school culture rooted in high expectations
  • Deputise for the Head of School when required

    The successful applicant will have senior leadership experience within a large school setting, a proven ability to manage complex logistics, and a clear commitment to safeguarding and the wider life of the school.
  • Who is highly organised, approachable and a values-driven leader.
  • Has excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of how operational excellence supports the schools strategic vision & values.
  • Has a proven track record of improving outcomes for pupils, particularly vulnerable groups in a primary setting.
  • Has the ability to inspire, develop, and support staff to deliver exceptional Teaching and Learning.
  • Is passionate about raising standards in education and has strong leadership experience.
