Deputy Headteacher

The successful candidate will:

• Support the Headteacher in leading the strategic direction of the school Champion high-quality teaching and learning across all phases
• Contribute to the continued development of our engaging and ambitious curriculum, including our "Big Question" approach
• Inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and a love of learning in all pupils Lead and develop staff, ensuring outstanding practice and continuous improvement
• Teach up to one day per week

• A strong, dedicated and effective Governing Body

• Has successful leadership and management experience
