Key Areas of Responsibility The successful candidate will work closely with the Headteacher across several key strategic areas :

• Strategic Leadership of Achievement: Lead on Progress 8 tracking, exams analysis, and school performance data .
• Quality of Education: Oversee assessment frameworks, student tracking, and departmental development plans.
• Behaviour & Inclusion: Act as the strategic lead for behaviour across the school, managing interventions and the inclusion unit .
• Safeguarding: Lead the HAL team and act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) .
