Deputy Head Of Hospitality

Join our team as Assistant Head of Hospitality Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering a premium, client-focused hospitality experience. Supporting the Hospitality Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, lead and develop a high-performing team, and drive service excellence across a fast-paced corporate environment. This role also offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives, improve operational processes, and enhance the overall client journey.,

• Supporting the day-to-day hospitality operation to ensure exceptional service delivery
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, managing relationships and resolving escalations
• Leading, coaching, and developing hospitality staff to maintain high performance standards
• Ensuring compliance with brand standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Using booking systems and CRM platforms to manage operations, reporting, and guest engagement
• Monitoring performance metrics and providing insights to senior leadership
• Supporting the creation of SOPs, client materials, and operational documentation
• Collaborating with internal teams to enhance the overall client experience
• Acting as the lead in the absence of the Hospitality Manager
  
  3-5 years' experience in hospitality or a client-facing role, with supervisory responsibility
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Proven experience managing client relationships and multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with booking systems and CRM/guest engagement platforms (e.g. Engage or similar)
• Experience creating documentation such as SOPs, reports, and presentations
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions
