North Hertfordshire College is looking for an ambitious and experienced Deputy Head of Electrical to help drive one of our largest and most successful curriculum areas.
Supporting the Head of Electrical Technologies, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of electrical education, leading high-quality delivery across full-time study programmes, apprenticeships and adult learning. You'll work closely with employers, staff and learners to ensure our provision continues to meet industry needs and delivers outstanding outcomes.
The Opportunity
Our Electrical department supports over 300 learners and apprentices and works with more than 100 employer partners across the region. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team, influence curriculum development, and inspire the next generation of electricians.
