Overview Deputy Head Nurse - Small Animal role at IVC Evidensia. Location: Castle Vets Reading, Reading. Salary up to £34,000 DOE plus Welcome Bonus and Relocation Allowance. Castle Vets in Reading is looking for a passionate and proactive Deputy Head Nurse to join our exceptional team. - Support the Head Nurse in fostering a positive and efficient nursing team, ensuring patient care remains the core focus.
- Lead by example and be an inspiration to others; hands-on and engaged leadership.
- Provide flexible hours and shifts (35-40 hours per week); 1 in 3 Saturday mornings; no out of hours. We are a Vets Now host practice, so case handover to the separate overnight team is available. What we can offer
