Deputy General Manager

As Deputy General Manager you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service, assisting the General Manager in overseeing the operation of the property to ensure total guest satisfaction. Whilst overseeing the property operations, this role supports all departments in delivering high standards consistently. You are a flexible and enthusiastic individual with a passion for hospitality, who will enjoy working as part of an amazing team who all share the same passion - to create memories that our guests will remember. If you enjoy the idea of a varied job, and are looking to grow as a people manager, this role will help you develop these skills further as you gain experience across multiple departments and have the opportunity to be innovative and bring a positive change to the role and its responsibilities.
