Working closely with the Director of Teaching, Learning and Quality, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across the department, ensuring outstanding teaching, learning and assessment whilst delivering exceptional outcomes for learners., This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation committed to transforming lives through education. We are now seeking an ambitious and inspirational Deputy Director of Teaching, Learning and Quality to join our Service Industries team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educational leader to play a key role in driving excellence across our curriculum provision., You will be passionate about education, committed to raising standards, and motivated by the opportunity to make a lasting impact on students, staff and the wider community. As a Deputy Director you will also have a 0.5 teaching responsibility and should have: A Degree or equivalent Vocational Qualification. Certificate in Education/PGCE Experience teaching within the Further Education sector A strong understanding of teaching, learning, assessment and learner support. Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills The ability to inspire teams and deliver positive outcomes for learners
