Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated finance leader to join our team as Deputy Director of Finance - Business Partnering. This is a key leadership role within the Finance Leadership Team, providing financial leadership across the organisation and supporting the delivery of high-quality, sustainable health and care services for our population. The role works closely with Chief Officers, Lead Directors, budget holders and system partners to support effective decision-making and strong financial stewardship across the ICB, which is responsible for commissioning services and managing resources of over £5.7 billion., As the lead for Business Partnering, you will be responsible for ensuring robust financial management arrangements are in place, overseeing the delivery of month-end reporting, supporting financial planning processes, driving delivery of efficiency programmes, and maintaining strong relationships with Chief Officers, Lead Directors and budget holders across the organisation. You will lead and develop high-performing teams, support key decision-making forums, and work collaboratively with NHS and Local Authority partners to resolve complex challenges and deliver practical solutions.
