Full Job Description

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this Deputy Director will lead the delivery of key HR initiatives across the organisation, focusing on Pay, Pensions and Careers and Skills., Lead development and implementation of the organisation's annual pay award remit, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
Negotiate with trade unions and stakeholders to secure agreement on pay awards.
Analyse and interpret pay data to ensure fairness and equity.
Oversee pension schemes' policy and administration, ensure compliance, develop strategy.
Communicate pension changes and collaborate with administrators and stakeholders.
Design and develop career pathways for professional groups.
Lead career and skills alignment across UKIC.
Identify skills gaps and develop interventions.

Professional HR qualification CIPD Level 7 and experience in a senior HR role.
Proven track record in delivering complex HR projects and managing stakeholder relationships.
Strong knowledge of employment law, pensions and pay practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Strategic influence at organisational level.
Experience in large or complex organisation.
Knowledge of careers development and talent management.
