Deputy Director CHC / AACC / S117 Delivery and Transformation

The Deputy Director CHC/AACC/S117 Delivery and Transformation is a senior strategic leadership role responsible for the delivery, transformation and oversight of Continuing Healthcare, Childrens Continuing Care, Section 117 aftercare, joint funding, personal health budgets and individual packages of care across the ICB cluster. The postholder will lead large-scale service improvement and transformation programmes, ensuring services are efficient, consistent, financially sustainable and compliant with national frameworks and statutory guidance. The role provides expert strategic advice on CHC-related operational, business and financial matters, with responsibility for managing significant budgets, delivering agreed savings and ensuring value for money. The postholder will oversee performance, quality assurance, risk management, appeals, complaints, FOIs and SARs, while developing new models of CHC delivery and care package management.
