Deputy Chief People Officer - Operational People Services

As Deputy CPO, you will:

• Lead the delivery of high quality, insight-driven operational People services
• Oversee key functions including:
+ HR Business Partnering + Employee Relations & Investigations + Medical Staffing + Recruitment & Workforce Supply + HR Operations
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Executive Team
• Drive a "staff voice to action" approach, using workforce insight to inform decisions
• Lead complex organisational change and workforce transformation programmes
• Champion a Just and Learning Culture, embedding fairness, openness and continuous improvement
You will play a critical role in ensuring our People services are: Modern and digitally enabledEfficient and outcome-focusedAligned to workforce priorities and organisational strategy We are looking for a credible, values led senior People leader who can operate at pace and with impact.


• A strong track record in:
+ Organisational change and transformation + Managing complex employee relations + Leading multi disciplinary HR teams
• Deep expertise in employment law and workforce frameworks
• The ability to:
+ Influence at Executive and Board level + Translate strategy into delivery + Use data and insight to drive improvement You will be:
