We are now seeking an exceptional clinical leader to join our senior team as Deputy Chief Medical Officer, Clinical Transformation & Digital Innovation. This is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of the Trust's strategic direction. You will help shape the future of care for our patients and communities across Swindon and Wiltshire, working across clinical, digital, workforce, and cultural transformation.

As a core member of the Chief Medical Officer directorate, you will work with the senior clinical leadership team and contribute to the strategic leadership of the Trust.
