  • Where will you be working? At M Group Highways, we're supporting the safe transportation and movement of people across the UK. We don't just build roads and bridges- we're building a better future, creating lasting social value that gives back to the communities in which we work. You'll be joining our Highways Maintenance team in Suffolk, as the UK's number one highway maintenance contractor, our teams use the latest innovations to create effective solutions. We offer a range of services including planned and reactive maintenance and highway improvement schemes. Want to come and be a part of it? What you'll be doing + You'll be supporting the Operations team with admin tasks + You'll own procurement and ordering of materials and tracking of goods receipted + Do you have a keen eye for data? You'll assist with data capture of Monthly Cost, value and WIP + You'll update works completed onto Works Management systems, and asssist with billing and reporting on these works. + Are you organised? You'll be tracking and logging call out emergency works on the road networks. + You'll process timesheets.

    + Are you a strong communicate? You'll need strong verbal and written communication skills. + Are you IT literate? You'll need to be confident using a range of software and systems (including MS Office). + You'll have time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload + Do you enjoy collaborating? You'll be working in a team, and be able to take direction from others + You'll have problem solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions
