Deployment Strategist

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy AI-driven solutions tailored to client needs.
• Provide expert support and guidance to clients during the implementation of software solutions.
• Analyze customer feedback and system performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop strategic relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Participate in business development initiatives to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Conduct training sessions for clients to maximize the use of deployed solutions.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize deployment strategies and enhance user experience.
  
  3-6 years of experience in a forward-deployed engineering or solutions support role.
• Strong understanding of software deployment processes and client relationship management.
• Proven ability to analyze complex systems and provide actionable insights.
• Experience in a fast-paced, venture-backed environment with a focus on AI or software development.
Preferred
• Familiarity with enterprise software solutions and their impact on business operations.
• Previous experience in a client-facing role, particularly in technical support or business development.
• Knowledge of AI technologies and their applications in various industries.
