- Build and re-build Windows 11 devices
- Deploy new laptops and desktops
- Refresh old laptops and desktops
- Engage with end users to assist with deployment and troubleshooting
- Ensure a smooth transition for users during the upgrade process Technologies:
- Support
- Windows
- DevOps
Previous experience of working within a Windows 11 Deployment Engineer role - Laptop/desktop builds - deployment using Intune
- Windows 11 upgrade/refreshes
- Operating system deployment using SCCM
- Strong user engagement skills - you will be communicating/helping many end users
- Excellent diagnostic and resolution skills
