An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Associate Dentist to join our established, high-performing mixed practice in Preston.

You will benefit from:

• Additional patient management top-up payments of up to £740 per eligible new NHS patient
• £60 urgent care fee (previously £42)
• Full UDA payment across multiple courses of treatment

Dentists retain the management top-up while appropriately delegating elements of care (such as periodontal treatment) to a therapist, allowing you to maximise clinical time while maintaining income.

For a proactive mixed associate, this can generate an estimated £5,000-£15,000+ additional NHS income annually, depending on patient flow and case mix.
