Overview Direct Access Dental Therapist at Number Nine Practice (Rodericks Dental Partners) in Worksop, Nottinghamshire. The role supports Dental Therapists in delivering care at the top of their scope with autonomy, structure, mentorship, and training to build clinical independence.   • Deliver full-scope care through Direct Access, including prevention, periodontal therapy, and restorative treatments with clinical autonomy.
  • Work within a structured induction and training programme covering compliance, communication, record-keeping, and clinical decision-making to support confident practice.
  • Engage in regular clinical mentorship and have access to experienced clinicians for development and guidance.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development with protected learning time, CPD pathways, and clear career progression, including mentoring and advanced scope opportunities.
