Dental Receptionist

We are looking for 1 dental receptionist to work 37.5 hours each week to support our Dental Services within Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust, The post holder will be responsible for participating as a key member of the dental team by providing an efficient, customer focused reception and administrative service to support the dental clinical team, patients and their carers who access the service and to ensure the smooth day to day running of the work environment.

To be responsible for all areas associated with the administration of patient appointments including electronic dental records systems

Experience in dental patient systems would be an advantage, along with proven experience of word processing, spreadsheet and email software. Must be IT literate
