We are seeking a motivated, adaptable, and patient-focused Band 4 Dental Nurse to join our hospital dental team in a full-time, permanent position., This exciting opportunity is for a "Float Dental Nurse", working flexibly across a wide range of dental specialties. You will play a vital role in supporting clinical teams wherever service demand is highest, ensuring high-quality patient care is consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilitieso Provide high-quality chairside support to clinicians across multiple dental specialtieso Work flexibly across departments including (but not limited to): Oral Surgery, Restorative Dentistry, Orthodontics, Paediatric Dentistry, and Special Care Dentistryo Maintain a high standard of infection prevention and control in accordance with TRUST POLICIESo Assist in the preparation and maintenance of clinical environments and equipmento Deliver excellent patient care, ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety at all timeso Support clinical teams in managing patient flow efficientlyo Maintain accurate clinical records in line with Trust standardso About YouWe are looking for someone who is:o A fully qualified and GDC-registered Dental Nurseo Experienced in a hospital or multi-specialty dental setting (desirable)o Flexible, adaptable, and able to work across different teams and environmentso A strong communicator with excellent organisational skillso Committed to delivering high
standards of patient careo Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
