Full Job Description

We have two exciting opportunities for qualified Dental Nurses to join our team based at our Dental Education Practice (DEP) in Plymouth City Centre. The DEP provides an innovative model of care comprising urgent and stabilisation dental care, and general and specialist dentistry delivered alongside placements for undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as trainees undertaking dental foundation training., The role holder will support the provision of primary care dentistry on our undergraduate student clinics as well as providing chairside assistance to our general dental practitioners.

Peninsula Dental Social Enterprise (PDSE) are an award-winning Social Enterprise and Community Interest Company. We provide NHS treatment and outreach services to local communities in Devon and Cornwall and we work closely with the University of Plymouths Peninsula Dental School to support the clinical education of dental healthcare students. As a social enterprise, we are a values driven organisation with a focus on patient-centred care and addressing local oral health needs.
