Full Job Description

We are seeking a Team Leader for our brand-new Care Centre - Dental Call Centre As a Care Centre Team Leader, you hold a key position in ensuring the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of a Regional Care Centre. Leading a team of Care Centre Advisors aligned regionally, you will support them to deliver exceptional patient service, achieve performance targets, and uphold Colosseum Dental's core values-all contributing to the strategic development and growth of the Care Centre! If you have a strong commitment to driving innovation and continuous improvement, enjoy meeting and surpassing targets, and are eager to inspire and develop like-minded individuals, then this is the role for you!

Key attributes required for this role are as follows:

  • Team Leadership - Ability to support and motivate others, whether through formal team management or by positively influencing peers
  • Target-Driven - Consistently meets and exceeds performance goals and KPIs
  • Excellent Communication - Serves as an effective link between the practice and the Care Centre, ensuring alignment and clarity
  • Commercial Acumen - Demonstrates a strong understanding of how to maximise patient lifetime value and drive business growth
  • Team Development Experience - Experience in training and upskilling team members is highly desirable
  • Dental background would be beneficial

    This is a flexible hybrid role, with days to be worked at home as well as travel to your regional dental clinics. The specific location and schedule may vary based on business requirements and regional performance.
