We are recruiting for a Democratic Services Officer to join us here at East Lindsey District Council. Why join us? Do you want to work in a key role supporting important decision-making? Who we're looking for We have an opportunity to join our supportive team as a Democratic Services Officer. Are you organised, people-focused, and looking for a role where your work genuinely supports local democracy? We're looking for someone who can take initiative and build positive working relationships to join our small, supportive team here in East Lindsey. What you'll be doing You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our democratic processes. You'll prepare agendas and minutes, support councillors, and help meetings run effectively, placing you at the heart of the decision-making that shapes our district. As part of the South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership (SELCP), you will also have opportunities to work collaboratively with colleagues across our partner councils.
