As a Pastry Demi Chef de Partie, you will support the Pastry Chef de Partie and Head Pastry Chef in delivering beautifully crafted desserts and pastries that complement each restaurant's distinctive concept.,
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality pastry dishes in line with brand standards.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail across all pastry items.
- Support mise en place and service while maintaining exceptional quality under pressure.
- Follow all hygiene, food safety, and company procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Support senior chefs with training junior team members where required.
