Full Job Description
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with kitchen standards
- Support the Chef de Partie in the day-to-day running of the section
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes
- Ensure food hygiene, health and safety standards are always met
- Assist with stock rotation and minimise waste
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen environment
- Support junior team members where required
You will join as a Demi Chef de Partie that values passion, consistency, and attention to detail. Supporting the kitchen brigade, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes while developing your skills within a professional and ambitious team. Here, your growth will be supported, and your potential recognised., Previous experience within a professional kitchen environment - Passion for food and a desire to develop culinary skills
