As a Demi Chef de Partie you'll support the senior kitchen team in delivering high-quality food while maintaining exceptional standards across the kitchnen. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious chef who is eager to develop their skills and progress their career within a fast-paced hospitality environment. What you'll be doing
- Support senior chefs with food preparation, recipe development, and menu creation
- Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
- Maintain excellent organisation and efficiency within the kitchen
- Ensure all kitchen areas and equipment are clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations
- Support and encourage the development of junior kitchen team members
- Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen culture

This is a full-time position with an hourly rate of £14.15 per hour. You'll work a five-day week on a rota basis, with shifts that may include: - 6.00am - 2.00pm
- 7.00am -3.00pm
