Full Job Description
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts for a portfolio of products.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development to gather market intelligence.
- Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities.
- Utilize statistical forecasting models and software to generate accurate predictions.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust based on performance and market changes.
- Identify and communicate potential supply chain risks or opportunities.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in demand planning software (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Oracle Demantra) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with sales, marketing, and operations teams. Bonus Qualifications
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
- Experience with a specific ERP system (e.g., SAP IBP, Oracle Cloud SCM)
- Proficiency in advanced statistical modeling or machine learning for forecasting
- Project management experience, particularly in system implementations or process improvements
