Full Job Description

You'll work at the heart of our growing Marketing team, collaborating with Sales, Events, and Content to deliver campaigns across paid channels, nurture sequences and email automation -all while ensuring seamless CRM integration and conversion tracking.   • Plan, launch and optimise paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads and other digital channels - working closely with agencies and internal teams to align messaging and goals.
  • Build and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns in HubSpot, including landing pages, CTAs, forms, automation workflows and segmentation strategies.
  • Create email nurture journeys and outbound sales sequences to engage prospects at every stage of the buyer journey - with ongoing testing to improve engagement.
  • Collaborate with Content, Sales and Events teams to activate campaigns around product launches, webinars and thought leadership.
  • Optimise campaign performance through testing, audience targeting, funnel alignment and landing page conversion improvements.
  • Track and report on campaign results using HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring full integration with CRM and clear attribution through campaign tagging.
  • Own the marketing tech stack from a campaign perspective, ensuring seamless alignment across platforms and sales workflows.

    Proven experience in B2B or SaaS marketing roles.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as CRM systems (ie Salesforce, Hubspot), email marketing software, and analytics tools.
  • A strategic approach, with a fantastic eye for detail alongside exceptional communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong copywriting and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate cross-functionally.

    Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (based on experience)
  • Full-time, permanent role (37.5 hrs/week) | Hybrid - London office 2-3 days per week
