Full Job Description
Based in Norwich with occasional travel to London, the Delivery Manager will oversee operational performance across both face-to-face and remote delivery.
The Delivery Manager- Study Programmes and Supported Internships, is responsible for leading the planning, delivery, quality, and performance of Study Programmes and Supported Internship pathways for young people aged 16-24, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The role ensures that programmes are high-quality, compliant with Department of Education (DfE) requirements, responsive to learner needs, and aligned to employer and local labour market demand.
You will lead a multidisciplinary delivery team, build strong employer partnerships, oversee safeguarding and pastoral provision, and drive positive learner outcomes in progression, achievement, and sustained employment. This role combines strategic employer engagement-sourcing vacancies tailored to learner needs-with high-level team leadership. By managing job coaches, tutors, and support staff, you will ensure an outstanding quality of service that meets all contractual requirements and empowers learners to transition successfully into employment.
