and Waterfall methodologies, with clear tracking and reporting discipline Understanding of security implications relevant to product and service delivery Strong User Experience/User Research-led experience, combined with a pragmatic, "get it done" approach Proven Project, Programme, or Product go-live experience at scaleDesirable Experience working at, with, or for a central government department Experience with document processing, management, and routing at scale Experience deploying AI products into live service Deeper understanding of AI ethics and legal/regulatory implicationsParticular Challenges & Priorities This programme is building something new, and the successful candidate will be actively shaping how it develops as part of the wider team - not simply executing against a pre-defined plan.
